Our suite is part of the newly built New Gudauri complex, which is located directly on the ski slope at 2,200 m above sea level, just 100 meters from a six-seater cabin lift. The town itself houses restaurants, bars, a grocery store and several rental facilities providing ski equipment, including the latest models of downhill, freeride and skialpinism skis. Relax in the wellness area that features a sauna, a fitness center, an indoor pool and a casino.
The ski area has several 4-chair lifts and 60 km of downhill slopes. There is also evening skiing. Downhill runs can be found within the 1,600 to 3,280 meter elevation range, which guarantees 99,9% of snow cover. The price of a five-day ski pass is € 60, a child pays € 35. It will cost you 10-15 € to rent high quality skis, boots and poles in one of the local rental outlets. Freeride or skialpinism lovers will no doubt have a field day. The friendly staff at both the Inko center and ski rental facilities will help you hire a qualified, knowledgeable tour guide. While helisking you will experience an adrenaline rush, you can also try paragliding or take a scooter for a spin off the beaten track.
The summer months offer trekking in an alpine setting with the opportunity to climb to the top of Mount Kazbek, which is approximately 20 km away from our apartment. In summer it is also possible to experience rafting on a wild river or an idyllic horseback ride. We've tried all the activities out for ourselves, now you just need to choose from a wide selection of Georgia´s allures.
